Official statutory text
An application for reinstatement of a dairy farm which has been placed on restricted use or the milk of which has been excluded from the market, pursuant to this chapter, shall be acted upon by the secretary or the approved milk inspection service that has jurisdiction, within three days after the receipt of the application by the secretary or approved milk inspection service.
