Official statutory text

All claims and accounts against the district which have not been settled by the board of directors within 90 days after the election authorizing the dissolution of the district shall be presented to the board of supervisors of the county in which the district was located and shall be passed and approved by them in the same manner as county claims and shall be paid out of the funds of the dissolved district.
