Official statutory text
Except as provided in Sections 6505, 6506, and 6923 any shipment of nursery stock which is moved from one county or locality to another county or locality which is accompanied by a valid nursery stock certificate or is sold at retail and delivered to the purchaser at a licensed sales location as provided in Section 6924 is exempt from the requirements of this article
