Official statutory text

Any regulation, order, or other action, adopted, prescribed, taken, or performed by the former Technology, Trade, and Commerce Agency as it existed on December 31, 2003, including any office, division, board, or subdivision of the agency or by an official of the agency in the administration of a program or the performance of a duty, responsibility, or authorization transferred to another state department or agency, shall remain in effect and shall be deemed to be a regulation, order, or action of the agency or department to which the responsibility was transferred.
