Official statutory text

(a) Section 6103 does not apply to any fee or charges required to be paid to the Director of Toxic Substances Control or to the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration pursuant to Chapter 6.5 (commencing with Section 25100) of Division 20 of, and Part 2 (commencing with Section 78000) of Division 45 of, the Health and Safety Code, except as otherwise provided in subdivision (b) of Section 25205.1 of, and Section 25205.7 of, the Health and Safety Code.

(b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2022.
