Official statutory text
No adult day health center shall refuse to provide adult day care health services to any person on the basis that service to such person will be reimbursed under the Medi-Cal Act (Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 14000) of Part 3 of Division 9 of the Welfare and Institutions Code).
