Official statutory text
The board shall direct the clerk to give notice of the hearing. The notice shall have the heading “Notice of the proposed formation of ____ sewer maintenance district”, stating the name of the proposed district. It shall:
(a) State the time and place for the hearing.
(b) Set forth the exterior boundaries of the territory proposed to be organized into a district.
