Official statutory text

The district board may, by general regulation, adopt codes or specifications controlling the manner of construction, repair, maintenance and operation of facilities referred to in Sections 6512 and 6522. Such codes or specifications need not be set out in full in such general regulation but may be incorporated therein by reference. Copies of such codes or specifications shall be available for examination in the office of the secretary at all times.
