Official statutory text

The rights granted under Sections 791.08, 791.09 and 791.13 shall take effect on October 1, 1981, regardless of the date of the collection or receipt of the information which is the subject of such sections. Nothing contained in subdivisions (k) and (

l) of Section 791.13, or in any other provision of this article, shall in any way affect the provisions of Section 770.1.
