Official statutory text

Such reinsurer and its directors shall possess such of the usual powers, and be subject to such of the usual duties of corporations and directors thereof as are necessary for the management of its affairs in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, including the power to prescribe the duties of its officers and fix their compensation.
