Official statutory text
(a) The ORSA Summary Report shall be prepared consistent with the ORSA Guidance Manual, subject to the requirements of this section. Documentation and supporting information shall be maintained and made available upon examination or upon request of the commissioner.
(b) The commissioner shall review the ORSA Summary Report submitted pursuant to Section 935.5 and any additional requests for information, using procedures similar to those currently used in the analysis and examination of multistate or global insurers and insurance groups.
