Official statutory text

Such certified copies when recorded shall, after sixty days from the date of the special election, be conclusive evidence against all persons, firms, associations and corporations, except the State, of the regular and sufficient formation of the district and establishment of the boundaries thereof as set forth in the petition and of the validity of all proceedings preliminary to the formation and establishment of the district.
