Official statutory text
Within three months after the effective date of this chapter, the supervisor shall, after one or more public hearings, adopt regulations governing the submittal of proposed unit agreements, modifications thereof, additions thereto, and disagreements with respect to unit operations. The regulations shall include, but not be limited to, requirements for filing fees sufficient to cover the costs of administration, and submittal of policies of title insurance. The regulations may be amended from time to time by the supervisor with the approval of the director.
