Official statutory text
A special service district may be dissolved by resolution of the board if any proposition for the incurring of a bonded indebtedness fails to carry, and if the special service district is then subject to no other indebtedness or liability pursuant to this part and has been organized for not less than two years. Dissolution of a special service district shall not prevent subsequent proceedings for the creation of a special service district including the same or any part of the area of the special service district dissolved.
