Official statutory text
The payments provided under Section 11005 shall not be made to any incorporated city which has not held an election of municipal officers within a period of 10 years preceding the date of such payment. Payments heretofore accumulated on behalf of any such city shall be apportioned to all other cities in the manner provided by Section 11005.
