Official statutory text
All money collected by any of the county treasurers of the State as assessments of the defunct Sacramento drainage district, and unexpended in the hands of the county treasurers, shall vest in the drainage district, and the county treasurers of the State shall pay the money over to the board for the benefit of the drainage district, and the money, when paid over to the board, shall be expended by it for general administrative purposes of the drainage district.
