Official statutory text
The State Department of Social Services, after consultation with the County Welfare Directors Association, shall determine the times and methods for providing information regarding the At Risk Child Care Program established pursuant to Article 15.5 (commencing with Section 8350) of Chapter 2 of Part 6 of the Education Code to potentially eligible former Transitional Child Care recipients (Article 8 (commencing with Section 11500) of Chapter 2 of Part 3 of the Welfare and Institutions Code), and former aid to families with dependent children recipients.
