Official statutory text
(a) It is the intent of the Legislature that, commencing with the 1994–95 fiscal year, this article shall be funded by the federal government, the state, and eligible counties.
(b) It is the intent of the Legislature that the amount of funding from each source identified in paragraph (1) shall be determined in the Budget Act of 1994.
