(a) The office shall establish a toll-free number.
(b) Regional center case managers shall provide consumers, and, if appropriate, their parents, legal guardians, conservator, or authorized representative, with the toll-free telephone number for the office and verbal or written information regarding the existence and purpose of the office during the annual individualized program plan or individual family service plan meetings.
