Official statutory text

A provider of transportation services to regional center clients for the regional center shall maintain protection against liability for damages for bodily injuries or death and for damage to or destruction of property, which may be incurred by the provider in the course of providing those services. The protection shall be maintained at the level established by the regional center to which the transportation services are provided.
