Official statutory text

Notwithstanding any other law or regulation, commencing July 1, 2016, and to the extent funds are appropriated in the annual Budget Act for this purpose, the rate for family member-provided respite services authorized by the department and in effect on June 30, 2016, and the rates for out-of-home respite services in effect on June 30, 2016, shall be increased by 5 percent. The increase shall be applied as a percentage, and the percentage shall be the same for all providers.
