Official statutory text

A neuropsychiatric hospital for which an appropriation for planning was provided by Item 328.1 of the Budget Act of 1954, hereafter referred to as the institute, shall be established on the grounds belonging to the Regents of the University of California at Los Angeles as a part of the medical center. The institute shall be integrated into the total educational system of the University of California.
