Official statutory text
The provisions of Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 11150) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code apply to the council, and the executive officer is the head of the California Interagency Council on Homelessness within the meaning of those provisions. The executive officer shall perform all duties, exercise all powers, discharge all responsibility, and administer and enforce all laws, rules, and regulations under the jurisdiction of the council. The executive officer shall keep all books and records necessary for proper and efficient administration of the California Interagency Council on Homelessness.
