§ Â 363. Nonprofit nonstock corporations [For application of this section, see 82 Del. Laws, c. 256, Â 24].
Official statutory text
A nonprofit nonstock corporation may not be a constituent corporation to any merger or consolidation with a public benefit corporation or in which the certificate of incorporation of the surviving corporation is amended to include a provision authorized by § 362 (a)(1) of this title.
