Section, act May 11, 1926, ch. 286, 44 Stat. 512, which authorized Secretary of Agriculture to permit exportation of timber and other products from State or Territory when cut or removed from national forests situated therein, was from Department of Agriculture Appropriation Act, 1927, and was not repeated in subsequent appropriations.
