Section 121, acts Mar. 3, 1905, ch. 1443, §1, 33 Stat. 1009; Aug. 14, 1912, ch. 288, §1, 37 Stat. 309, provided for establishment in perpetuity of a hospital station and laboratory at Molokai, Hawaii.
