122.18 Certain officers and employees not covered.
Official statutory text
This chapter shall not apply to justices of the Supreme Court or judges of the circuit court who are members of another state retirement system applicable to Supreme Court judges or circuit judges, nor shall it apply to members of the Teachers’ Retirement System or members of the Department of Public Safety Retirement System and shall not operate to repeal ss. 1 25.101, 1 38.14, 1 38.19, 112.05, 238.01-238.16, and 321.02-321.23, nor to affect the rights of any person enjoying the benefits or entitled to enjoy the benefits of such sections.
