154.507 Federal waivers; matching funds.
Official statutory text
The Agency for Health Care Administration, working jointly with the Department of Health and the Florida Healthy Kids Corporation, is directed to seek federal waivers to secure Title XIX matching funds for the Florida Healthy Kids program and the Primary Care for Children and Families Challenge Grant. The federal waiver application shall seek Medicaid matching funds for all general revenue, family contributions, and local contributions. The number of persons supported with federal matching funds under the Florida Healthy Kids Corporation shall not exceed the number annually specified in the General Appropriations Act.
