157.13 Use of surplus of bond proceeds.

Should there remain any of the proceeds of the sale of said special drainage district bonds after paying for the construction of the improvements for which said bonds were issued, such surplus shall be held by the bond trustees and paid out by them, upon the order of the board of county commissioners, for the repair and maintenance of the public ditches, drains or canals within said special drainage district.
