163.5055 Registration of district establishment; notice of dissolution.

(1)(a) Each neighborhood improvement district authorized and established under this part shall within 30 days thereof register with the Department of Commerce by providing the department with the district’s name, location, size, and type, and such other information as the department may require. (b) Each local governing body that authorizes the dissolution of a district shall notify the Department of Commerce within 30 days after the dissolution of the district.

(2) This section shall apply to all neighborhood improvement districts established on or after July 1, 1987.
