17.22 Notice to Department of Legal Affairs.

Whenever the Chief Financial Officer forwards any bond or account or claim for suit to any state attorney, he or she shall advise the Department of Legal Affairs of the fact, giving it the amount of the claim and other necessary particulars for its full information upon the subject.
