39.3032 Memorandum of agreement.

A memorandum of agreement shall be developed between the Department of Children and Families and the Department of Health that specifies how the teams will work with child protective investigation and service staff, that requires joint oversight by the two departments of the activities of the teams, and that specifies how that oversight will be implemented.
