Upon failure of owners, comptroller to have boundaries determined at owner's expense.
Official statutory text
The comptroller shall list all lands which have not had their boundaries determined in compliance with the requirements of section 172-8, and shall proceed to make the necessary surveys and shall thereupon have the boundaries of the lands adjudicated as provided by law, and the expense of the surveys and of the adjudication shall be determined and is hereby made a lien upon the lands superior to all other incumbrances.
