Ordinary disability retirement benefit.

Official statutory text

If a service member terminates the service member's service in the armed forces and complies with and fulfills the requirements of sections 88-75, 88-284, or 88-334, as applicable, including and taking into consideration the service credit preserved and allowed to the service member under the Servicemen's Act, the service member shall be entitled to the ordinary disability retirement benefit prescribed in the applicable section, computed as provided in sections 88-76, 88-284, or 88-335, including and taking into consideration the service credit preserved and allowed to the service member under the Servicemen's Act.
