61-215 SALARIES OF PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSIONERS.
Official statutory text
61-215. Salaries of public utilities commissioners. Each member of the public utilities commission shall devote full time to the performance of his/her duties. Commencing on July 1, 2025, the annual salary of members of the public utilities commission shall be one hundred twenty-nine thousand six hundred forty-eight dollars ($129,648) and shall be paid from sources set by the legislature.
