73-208 EXAMINATION AND APPROVAL OF COMPILATIONS.

73-208. Examination and approval of compilations. The commission shall continue to supervise and give directions relating to the plan of titles, chapters and resectioning, annotations, cross-references, tables and indexes, form and uniformity of contents, and all other matters relating to compilations, deemed by the commission necessary and proper. The publishing company shall furnish galley and page proof to the commission relating to each compilation, which shall be examined under the commission's direction for the purpose of determining whether or not the compilation meets the requirements of section 73-205 of this act and the provisions of the contract relating to the compilation.
