Copying and certifying copy of filed record

Official statutory text

Sec. 55. The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for copying and certifying the copy of any filed record:

(1) One dollar ($1) per page for copying.

(2) Fifteen dollars ($15) for certification.

The fees imposed under this section do not apply to any copies or certifications that are processed on the secretary of state's website.
