"Mechanized equipment"

Sec. 9. As used in this chapter, "mechanized equipment" means equipment operated by means of mechanical power, including:

(1) trenchers;

(2) bulldozers;

(3) power shovels;

(4) augers;

(5) backhoes;

(6) scrapers;

(7) drills;

(8) cable and pipe plows;

(9) hydraulic excavators; and

(10) other equipment that may cause damage to underground facilities.
