Restrictions on retrofitting or replacing grease control equipment

Sec. 19. A regulating authority or utility may not require the regulated entity to retrofit or replace grease control equipment unless the regulated entity's FOG discharge exceeds the allowable concentration at least two (2) times within a thirty (30) day period.
