"Fats, oils, and grease" or "FOG"
Official statutory text
Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "fats, oils, and grease" or "FOG" means any organic substance derived from animal or vegetable sources that may:
(1) solidify;
(2) congeal; or
(3) become viscous at ambient temperatures;
and can obstruct, accumulate, or interfere in a wastewater collection or a sewer system.
