Assistance of department of natural resources.

Official statutory text

If the director has reasonable grounds for believing that a leak constitutes a hazardous condition which threatens the public health and safety, the director may request the assistance of the department of natural resources, and upon such request the department of natural resources is empowered to eliminate the hazardous condition as provided in chapter 455B, subchapter IV, part 4, the provisions of section 455B.390, subsection 3, to the contrary notwithstanding.
