Abstracts to state commissioner.

Official statutory text

The county board of supervisors shall also make a separate abstract of the canvass as to the following offices and certify and forthwith forward the abstract to the state commissioner:

(1) United States senator.

(2) All state offices.

(3) United States representative.

(4) Senators and representatives in the general assembly.
