Official statutory text

The department is authorized to accept, receive, and receipt for all moneys received from the United States for the payments authorized by section 96.25, this section, section 96.27, and section 96.28 for lands and buildings and to comply with any rules made under the Social Security Act or the Wagner-Peyser Act.
