A. Each licensed turtle farmer shall maintain accurate records including the source, identification, treatment, health, inspection, and disposal of the farm- raised turtles and turtle eggs, as well as any other information that may be required by the commissioner.
B. Repealed by Acts 2017, No. 69, §2.
C. All records shall be open for inspection by the commissioner during regular working hours.
D. The commissioner shall adopt rules and regulations governing the form and content of these records.
