Officers; administrative director; employees
Official statutory text
The board shall elect a chairperson, vice chairperson, and such other officers as it shall determine from among its members. Each officer shall serve until his successor is elected and takes office. The board may employ, fix the salaries, and, except as provided in this Section, prescribe the duties of an administrative director and such clerical, technical, and other employees as are necessary to carry out its duties. The administrative director and other employees of the board shall not be prescribed any discretionary duties or actions which are prescribed to the board pursuant to this Title.
