24-A §230. Notice of hearing

1. Notice of hearing shall be given in conformity with the Maine Administrative Procedure Act, Title 5, chapter 375 . [PL 1981, c. 501, §38 (RPR).]
2. Except when a different period is expressly provided by the Maine Administrative Procedure Act, Title 5, chapter 375 , or by this Title, the superintendent shall give written notice of hearing not less than 14 days in advance. Notice of hearing may be waived and the hearing held at a time mutually fixed by the superintendent and the parties. [PL 1981, c. 501, §38 (RPR).]
