29-A §458. Stock race cars

1. Stock race car plates authorized. The Secretary of State may issue a registration plate for stock race cars. [PL 1993, c. 683, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 1993, c. 683, Pt. B, §5 (AFF).]
2. Fee. [PL 1999, c. 790, Pt. C, §2 (RP); PL 1999, c. 790, Pt. C, §19 (AFF).]
3. Operation restricted. A stock race car may not be operated under its own power on a public way. [PL 1993, c. 683, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 1993, c. 683, Pt. B, §5 (AFF).]
