34-A §5206. Meetings

Official statutory text

1. Chairman. The members of the board shall elect a chairman who shall preside at all meetings of the board when he is present. [PL 1983, c. 459, §6 (NEW).]

2. Frequency. The board shall meet at least once every 2 months and may meet as often as necessary, at such times and places as the chairman may designate. [PL 1983, c. 459, §6 (NEW).]

3. Quorum. Any 3 members constitute a quorum for the exercise of all powers of the board. [PL 1983, c. 459, §6 (NEW).]
