18-C §5-643. Transitional provisions

1. Proceedings on or after September 1, 2019. This Part applies to guardianship and protective proceedings begun on or after September 1, 2019. [PL 2019, c. 417, Pt. B, §5 (AMD).]
2. Proceedings before September 1, 2019. Subparts 1 and 3 and sections 5‑641 and 5‑642 apply to proceedings begun before September 1, 2019, regardless of whether a guardianship or protective order has been issued. [PL 2019, c. 417, Pt. B, §5 (AMD).]
