38 §570-G. Construction
Official statutory text
This subchapter is necessary for the general welfare, public health and public safety of the State and its inhabitants and shall be liberally construed to effect the purposes set forth under this subchapter. No rule or order of the department may be stayed pending appeal under this subchapter. [PL 1987, c. 787, §15 (AMD).]
